Job summary

Thrive Education Recruitment Ltd is seeking enthusiastic Early Years Practitioners to support nurseries and pre-schools across Stroud and the surrounding areas. No formal Early Years qualification is required; your experience working with children matters more than certificates.

Roles are flexible, with term-time and long-term placements. Thrive offers supporting guidelines and regular check-ins to help you settle into each setting and build your Early Years experience.

£14.24 per hour

Thrive Education is looking for enthusiastic and reliable Early Years Practitioners to support some of the fantastic nurseries and pre-schools we work with across Stroud and the surrounding areas.

You don't need to hold a Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification to apply.

What we're looking for is people who already have experience working with children and would like the opportunity to use that experience within nursery and pre-school settings.

Your experience doesn't necessarily have to come from a nursery. If you've supported children within a school, club, coaching environment or another professional setting, we'd still love to hear from you.

What we're looking for
