Thrive Education is recruiting Early Years Practitioners for Gloucester and surrounding areas. Flexible, term-time opportunities with no formal childcare qualification required, provided you have prior experience working with children and a genuine passion for helping them learn, play and develop.

We value reliable, caring individuals who are happy to engage with children, join in activities, support nursery teams and help create a positive learning environment from day one.

That doesn't mean Early Years isn't for you!

Thrive Education is looking for enthusiastic and reliable people to support some of the fantastic nurseries and pre-schools we work with across Gloucester.

You don't need to hold a Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification, but you do need previous experience working with children and a genuine passion for helping them learn, play and develop.

Your experience could include:

• Previous work within a nursery or pre-school
• Teaching Assistant or school experience
• After-school or breakfast clubs
• Holiday clubs
• Sports coaching
• SEN support
• Youth work
• Other professional experience supporting children

What are we looking for?

More than anything, we want people who are reliable, caring and enthusiastic.

You'll need to be confident interacting with children, getting involved in activities and play, supporting the existing nursery team and helping to create a positive environment for the children.
