Thrive Education Recruitment Ltd is seeking enthusiastic Early Years Practitioners to support nurseries across the Forest of Dean. This flexible, term-time and long-term role offers £14.24 per hour and opportunities across multiple settings.

No formal Level 2/3 Early Years qualification is required; what matters is your experience working with children, a caring approach, and the ability to engage effectively in busy Early Years environments.

Early Years Practitioners - Forest of Dean

No Early Years Qualification Required

£14.24 per hour

Thrive Education is looking for enthusiastic and reliable Early Years Practitioners to support nurseries and pre-schools across the Forest of Dean.

You don't need to hold a Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification to apply.

What matters to us is that you already have good experience working with children, enjoy being part of their learning and development, and are confident getting involved within a busy Early Years environment.

Your experience doesn't have to come directly from a nursery. If you've worked with children within schools, clubs, coaching, SEN support or another professional setting, we'd still love to hear from you.

What we're looking for

• Previous experience working with children
• A genuine interest in working within Early Years
• A caring, patient and enthusiastic approach
• Confidence engaging and interacting with young children
• Someone reliable who is happy to get stuck in
• Good communication and teamwork
• Nursery or pre–school experience is a bonus, but not essential

Your previous experience could include:

• Nurseries or pre–schools
• Primary schools
• Teaching Assistant work
• Breakfast or after-school clubs
• Holiday clubs
• Sports coaching
• SEN support
• Youth work
• Other professional experience supporting children
