Job summary

Realise Training Group is seeking an Early Years Apprentice to support high-quality learning, development, and care for children aged 0–5 in a preschool nursery setting. You will work under the guidance of the Nursery Manager to create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment and foster positive relationships with parents and carers.

This apprenticeship focuses on on-the-job training with 20% off-the-job learning with Realise as the provider, progressing toward Level 2 EY Practitioner

Qualifications

• GCSEs in English and Maths at C or above are required.
• Reliable, enthusiastic and flexible with a high level of motivation.
• Able to work under stress with a calm and caring nature.
• A creative thinker with a good sense of humour.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high standard of care, learning, and development for children aged 0–5 years.
• Maintain a safe and secure nursery environment for children, staff, and visitors.
• Build positive partnerships with parents and carers to support children’s development.
• Carry out tasks as directed by the Nursery Manager or Deputy Nursery Manager.
