Job summary

Inspiro Learning is seeking Apprentices for Nursery Practitioner roles. You will rotate through nursery rooms and Forest School, gaining hands-on experience while undertaking Early Years training to progress to a qualified educator.

Depending on experience, this apprenticeship may be Level 2 or Level 3. This full-time role (40h/week, 6h learning) offers apprenticeships funding, N Academy progression towards an EY degree, and a comprehensive benefits package including lunch, bonuses, and

Qualifications

• Be 16 or over
• Not already be in full-time education
• Complete a Early Years apprenticeship standard

Responsibilities

• Rotate around nursery rooms and Forest School to gain hands-on experience in all areas of our nurseries
• Support the team in delivering basic childcare routines and the learning through play ethos
• Build and maintain strong relationships with parents and safeguard procedures
• Work a flexible shift pattern within opening hours (7am–7pm)
• Learn and train for a specific job and study for at least 20% of working hours
