Job summary

Inspiro Learning in London is offering an apprentice nursery practitioner role with rotation through nursery rooms and Forest School. You will gain hands-on experience while training in Early Years, working toward Level 2 or Level 3 depending on experience.

The path can lead to an EY educator role, with potential management routes and specialist tracks; join N Academy for development and funding of your apprenticeship.

Qualifications

• Be 16 or over and not in full-time education.
• Complete an Early Years apprenticeship standard with dedicated trainer sessions.
• Learn hands-on in nursery settings and progress through EY qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Support your team in the delivery of basic childcare routines.
• Deliver our 'learning through play’ ethos with children.
• Innovate with activities and challenge learning and development.
• Build and maintain relationships with parents and safeguarding procedures.
• Work a flexible shift pattern within opening hours 7am–7pm.
