Realise is seeking an Early Years Apprentice to learn on the job while making a positive impact on children's lives. You will split your week between training and hands-on experience in a nurturing setting, supporting development and daily routines.

The role emphasizes play-based activities under EYFS, building relationships with families, and a proactive, enthusiastic approach to learning and teamwork.

Qualifications

• GCSE level education preferred for level 3 role.
• On-the-job training provided with 20% off-the-job learning.
• Working toward Level 3 Early Years Educator.
• EYFS knowledge referenced in activities.

Responsibilities

• Spend 20% of the week on training; rest on hands-on experience.
• Help create a warm, safe space where children thrive.
• Engage children in EYFS-aligned, play-based activities.
• Build strong relationships with children, families and colleagues.
• Support developmental milestones and provide parents with updates.
• Assist with daily routines, maintaining safety and hygiene standards.
