WMC Training in Glossop is seeking a Nursery apprentice to join a supportive team. You will work with children aged 0-5, assist educators, and begin a childcare qualification with guidance from staff and training providers.

You will observe and support daily needs, contribute to play-based learning, and ensure safeguarding and welfare. This role offers hands-on learning with progression opportunities within the Early Years framework.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children aged 0-5.
• Willing to learn a childcare qualification.
• Ability to write clear objective observations.
• Commitment to complete a childcare qualification.

Responsabilités

• Support educators to deliver curriculum and standards of practice.
• Work towards an early years qualification with support.
• Observe, assess and record children’s learning and development progress.
• Ensure safeguarding and welfare of all children.
• Build positive relationships with parents/carers.
• Attend team meetings and follow policies and procedures.
