N Family Club in Godalming is seeking an Apprentice Educator to join our Nursery Education team. You’ll gain hands-on experience while working towards an Early Years apprenticeship and rotate through rooms delivering our learning-through-play approach.

No prior experience required; we value energy, enthusiasm, and a commitment to learning. You’ll develop relationships with children and parents as you progress to a qualified educator role with us.

Responsibilities

• Deliver learning through play and our curriculum with care and flair.
• Support daily routines to ensure smooth transitions between activities.
• Plan engaging learning experiences to support child development.
• Observe, assess and plan for key children with high quality notes.
• Build strong, trusting relationships with parents and carers.
• Support mealtime supervision in line with safety policies.
• Keep areas clean and tidy throughout the day.
• Commit to the apprenticeship path and gain Early Years qualification.
