Job summary

Partou in Ellesmere Port offers an apprenticeship to train as an Early Years Practitioner while working towards a professional qualification.

You will be mentored by qualified staff, observe experienced practitioners, and take on responsibilities such as planning and maintaining children's records, safeguarding, and promoting health and wellbeing. The role is 30 hours a week, Monday to Friday, with progression and Realise as the training provider.

Qualifications

• GCSE Maths/English grade 3 or equivalent, or willingness to work towards the required level of functional skills alongside the apprenticeship.

Responsibilities

• Planning and maintaining children’s records.
• Developing an understanding of safeguarding policies.
• Sharing responsibility for the health, safety, cleanliness and overall wellbeing of the children.
• Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
