Kinnerley CofE Primary School and Nursery is seeking a caring Teaching Assistant to support children in our Early Years setting. You will aid the Nursery provision daily, with tailored support for pupils with Special Educational Needs, contributing to an inclusive, nurturing learning environment.

We offer a supportive team, opportunities for training, and a fixed-term contract until 31 July 2027, with term-time hours (31.25 per week).

Teaching Assistant: EYFS L3/SEN Support

Are you a caring, adaptable and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant who is passionate about supporting children at

every stage of their learning journey?

We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team, providing support within our Nursery provision each day, including offering tailored assistance to pupils with Special Educational Needs. This rewarding role offers the opportunity to make a real difference, helping children to thrive both academically and personally in a nurturing and inclusive environment.

Salary: From £18,662- £19,878 p/a before tax, pro rata (Hourly Rate: £13.69-£14.59 per hour)

Contract type: Fixed Term to 31st July 2027 (in the first instance) Term Time Only

Hours: Monday to Friday 0830-1515 (31.25 hours) term time only, with the possibility of additional hours leading after

school club sessions.

The main purpose of the role is to support the wellbeing and development of all children in our Early Years setting including those with Special Educational Needs.
