• Previous transport or administration experience preferred.
• Confident communicating with drivers.

• Comfortable working with computers and transport systems.
• Able to start work at 04:00 AM.

Responsibilities

• Checking drivers in at the start of their shifts
• General transport administration duties
• Uploading and processing driver run sheets
• Debriefing drivers when they return from their routes
• Checking paperwork and delivery documentation
• Updating transport systems and records
• Supporting the transport team with day-to-day administration
• Communicating with drivers and the wider transport team
