RTX is seeking an experienced Early Careers Talent Acquisition Lead to support recruitment across the EMEA region, with a remote-based role for UK-based applicants. You will collaborate with business leaders to shape hiring strategies, source and screen candidates, manage the full lifecycle, and provide market insights.

• Proven experience in Early Careers recruitment across EMEA.
• Strong sourcing, screening and full lifecycle recruitment skills.
• Experience building high-volume and niche talent pools.
• Experience with employer branding for Early Careers.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Willingness to travel ~20% and work remotely from the UK.
