Line Up Aviation is seeking an Early Careers Coordinator for a 12-month contract based in Stevenage. The role is 35 hours per week on site, with an hourly rate of £22 via umbrella and inside IR35. BPSS clearance is required before starting, and free parking is provided near the site.

The position focuses on end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for early career apprentices, plus administrative and logistical support, stakeholder management, and reporting across the Early Careers program.

Qualifications

• Experienced in a similar position, supporting early career journeys.
• Recruitment experience.
• Experience working in a large-scale company.
• Defence and Aerospace experience is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Organise key Early Careers events and activities.
• Coordinate requests and bookings for Early Careers needs.
• Support apprentices during programme managers’ leave and onboarding.
• Process visitor forms and coordinate room bookings for external assessors.
• Maintain Early Careers documentation, reports and drive sharing.
• Take notes/minutes for performance management cases as appropriate.
• Maintain and report Early Careers headcount and onboarding data.
• Prepare monthly updates highlighting key activities and required support.
• Support budget meetings and cost codes.
• Arrange VIP visits for apprentices and coordinate salary review meetings.
