The Europe Talent Acquisition team is focused on identifying, attracting and selecting candidates for Early Careers and Experienced Hire opportunities within Scotiabanks Global Banking & Markets (GBM) business across Global Capital Markets, Corporate & Investment Banking and Support & Control Functions.
As the Early Careers Co‑ordinator you will support the UKI Early Careers Manager in a variety of areas with a focus on hiring into campus programmes across UK and Ireland. You will have the opportunity to get involved in all areas of the recruitment cycle and work effectively at all levels from students and peers to Managing Directors.
