ABC Teachers are seeking a passionate and dedicated Secondary Early Career Teacher (ECT) to join us! This exciting opportunity is ideal for a newly qualified teacher looking to begin their career in supportive and dynamic environments.

About the role

As a Secondary Early Career Teacher, you will have the chance to teach across Key Stages 3 and 4, delivering engaging lessons and inspiring students to achieve their full potential. You will work closely with experienced staff who will mentor and guide you through your induction period, ensuring you develop the skills and confidence needed to excel in your teaching career.

Requirements

To be considered for the role of Early Career Teacher- Secondary you will:

• Be able to obtain suitable references and a valid DBS check.
• Have a suitable qualification to teach PGCE/BeD, with a valid QTS/QTLS.
• Have strong communication skills with the ability to quickly build a good rapport with students and staff.
• Have a passion for working with children and inspiring them with your knowledge.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are:

• Suitable qualification to teach PGCE/BeD, with a valid QTS/QTLS.
