Inspire young minds. Grow with us. Stay for the journey.
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and committed Primary Class Teacher to join our over-subscribed, three-form-entry junior school in Birmingham. This is a fixed-term contract for one academic year—with the option of a permanent role for the right candidate.

You’ll be part of a friendly, forward-thinking team on a shared site with four other schools. We pride ourselves on excellent inter-school collaboration and a strong, community-driven ethos.

What we’re looking for:

️ A passion for working with and inspiring children
️ Someone who brings energy, dedication and a growth mindset
️ A team player who thrives both independently and collaboratively
️ An open and reflective practitioner committed to professional development

The role is likely to be class-based (exact year group to be confirmed), and you’ll be well supported from day one.

ECTs welcome!

We offer a robust support package and a proven track record of nurturing early career teachers. Many of our ECTs have stayed with us long term, with several progressing quickly into leadership roles.

A strong, welcoming school community
Fantastic team collaboration across a unique shared site
Clear opportunities for progression and development
An inclusive, child-centred culture where your voice matters

Ready to bring your spark into our classrooms?
We’d love to meet you.
