Job summary

AECOM is seeking ambitious Civil & Structural Engineering graduates to join the Bridges and Structures team. You will work on projects from concept design to implementation for local, national, or international clients.

The role offers exposure to UK and international sites, a focus on delivery, and opportunities to progress toward chartership with ICE or IStructE, supported by graduate development programs.

Qualifications

• BEng in Civil/Structural Engineering with 2:1 or higher.
• MEng or MSc is advantageous.
• Interest in Bridge Structures Engineering and pursuing ICE/IStructE chartership.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with clients and teams.

Responsibilities

• Structural design work on bridge projects from concept to delivery.
• Bridge assessment and inspection tasks.
• Finite element analysis using industry tools.
• Structural inspections and renewal feasibility studies.
• On-site works supervision and scheme management.
• Contribute to multidisciplinary projects across teams.
