Qualifications

• Has experience as a Breakfast Chef or in a similar kitchen role.
• Enjoys early shifts and breakfast service routine.
• Produces well-cooked, well-presented food consistently.
• Works calmly and efficiently in a structured kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a range of breakfast dishes to a high standard.
• Ensure food is presented attractively and served with care.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across kitchen areas.
• Assist with ordering and managing kitchen supplies and stock.
• Follow food safety, hygiene and health & safety standards.
