In this role, you'll act as the product and application expert for Caterpillar Skid Steer Loaders (SSL) and Compact Track Loaders (CTL), helping dealers, customers and field sales teams maximise machine performance, application success and customer value.Working closely with sales teams, dealers, product groups and New Product Introduction (NPI) teams, you'll use your technical, commercial and market knowledge to support sales growth, influence future product development and ensure Caterpillar products continue to meet evolving customer and industry needs.**What you will do:**As a **Product Consultant**, you are accountable for, but not limited to:* Provide product and application expertise to dealers, customers and field sales teams, supporting equipment selection, work tool alignment and customer success.* Deliver product, application and value-selling training that builds capability and confidence across dealers and sales teams.* Gather and analyse customer, market and competitive insights to strengthen Caterpillar's value proposition, support future product development and identify opportunities to improve customer outcomes.* Partner with product groups and NPI teams to represent the voice of the customer and contribute to future product features, specifications, compatibility requirements and application solutions.* Represent Caterpillar at customer events, trade shows, demonstrations and competitive evaluations, acting as a trusted product expert.* Develop and maintain sales support resources that clearly communicate product capabilities, benefits and customer value.**NB.
