Protocol Education Ltd in Harrow is seeking an EAL Learning Support Assistant to help pupils develop their English language skills and feel included in school life. You will work with teachers to support English as an Additional Language, both one-to-one and in small groups, enabling students to access the wider curriculum.
The role focuses on building confidence in speaking, listening, reading and writing, forming positive relationships with pupils, and helping them become independent learners

We’re working with welcoming and inclusive Secondary Schools across Harrow who are looking for enthusiastic EAL Learning Support Assistants to join their teams. Whether you have experience supporting EAL pupils or you’re looking to take your first step into education, this is a fantastic opportunity to make a genuine difference.
You’ll work alongside teachers and support staff, helping pupils overcome language barriers, engage with their learning and develop the confidence to communicate and participate independently.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
