Job summary

Protocol Education are recruiting Learning Support Assistants to join welcoming Secondary Schools across Brent, working full-time five days a week to support pupils in and out of lessons.

You will work with teachers, SEND teams and pastoral staff to provide 1-to-1, small group and class support, helping students stay engaged and develop confidence.

Ideal candidates will have experience with young people, a passion for education, strong communication, and a collaborative approach.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with young people is highly desirable.
• Experience in schools, SEND, youth work, coaching or care settings is advantageous.
• Patience, approachable and able to build relationships with students.
• Confident communicator and team player.
• Willing to support wherever needed.

We're working with welcoming and inclusive Secondary Schools across Brent who are looking for enthusiastic Learning Support Assistants to join their teams on a full-time basis, 5 days a week.

We're ideally looking for candidates with previous experience supporting young people, whether that's within a school, SEND setting, youth work, coaching, care or a similar environment.

You'll work closely with teachers, SEND teams and pastoral staff, supporting students both academically and personally throughout the school day.

What we're looking for:

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
