About the Role

Are you a driven and experienced Senior Account Manager ready to advance your career? Lead a dynamic, expanding account in the critical field of Cardio Renal Metabolic (CRM) healthcare. Impact patient outcomes in these vital therapeutic areas.

As a Senior Account Manager, you will be the strategic leader of this key account, working closely with our Business Director, Scientific Director, and a cross-functional team to develop and execute strategies that meet client needs and exceed expectations in the CRM space.

What You’ll Do
  • Assist in the overall financial management of the account
  • Lead and deliver multiple projects including symposia, booths, congresses, scientific communications, social & patient engagement work
  • Maintain an understanding of all projects across the account
  • Review materials for alignment with client briefs and strategies, discussing confidently with clients
  • Review account programs and client objectives regularly, advising on external factors and providing expertise to the team
  • Manage and develop team members; contribute to business growth through organic and new business proposals
What You’ll Need

  • Previous experience as an Account Manager / Senior Account Manager within a Medcomms or MedEd agency
  • Proven success in managing medical education projects and financial management
  • Excellent time management, reliability, and problem-solving skills
  • Good understanding of pharma regulations
  • Desire to grow the business and develop personally, challenge the status quo, and innovate
