As a Senior Account Manager, you will be the key driver of this account’s success, acting as a strategic leader internally and for our client. You will work closely with our Business Director, Scientific Director, and a talented cross-functional team to develop and implement innovative strategies that meet our client's evolving needs and exceed expectations in the CRM space.
We seek candidates who demonstrate a proactive, client-focused approach and serve as positive role models for junior team members. You should apply high standards, adapt your communication style to your audience, present confidently, and build strong relationships with clients while offering strategic guidance.
