About the Role

Are you a driven and experienced Senior Account Manager ready to advance your career? Lead a dynamic, expanding account in the critical and evolving field of Cardio Renal Metabolic (CRM) healthcare. This is your opportunity to significantly impact one of our most valuable partnerships, aiming to improve patient outcomes in these vital therapeutic areas.

As a Senior Account Manager, you will be the key driver of this account’s success, acting as a strategic leader internally and for our client. You will work closely with our Business Director, Scientific Director, and a talented cross-functional team to develop and implement innovative strategies that meet our client's evolving needs and exceed expectations in the CRM space.

What You’ll Do
  • Assist in the overall financial management of the account;
  • Lead and deliver multiple medium and large projects, including symposia, booths, congresses, scientific communications, social & patient engagement initiatives;
  • Maintain an understanding of all projects across the account;
  • Review materials for alignment with client brief and objectives, and confidently discuss these with clients;
  • Regularly review the account program and client objectives with the Account Director; proactively advise on external issues impacting the account; provide leadership and expertise to the team;
  • Manage and develop team members; line management; contribute to business growth through organic and new business proposals.
What You’ll Need

You should apply high standards, adapt your communication style to your audience, present confidently, and build strong relationships with clients while offering strategic guidance.

  • Previous experience as an Account Manager / Senior Account Manager within a Medcomms or MedEd agency;
  • Proven success in managing and delivering medical education projects and financial management;
  • Excellent time management skills; dependable, conscientious, and reliable; capable of prioritizing and meeting deadlines;
  • Good understanding of pharma regulations;
  • A desire to grow the business and personally develop, challenging the status quo and developing innovative solutions;
