What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Source new acquisition opportunities and develop relationships with key decision-makers in vertical market software businesses
- Manage and nurture existing acquisition relationships to identify new investment opportunities
- Communicate Harris' investment strategy with professionalism and care
- Support the M&A team in qualifying potential company targets and tracking activities in Salesforce
- Generate leads and move opportunities through the M&A pipeline to the transactions team

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be fluent in both English and French
- Minimum of 5+ years of related business experience in sales, corporate development, consulting, banking, investing, or M&A sourcing
- Strong aptitude and passion for corporate development and relationship management
- Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter with excellent prioritization and multi-tasking abilities
