What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Source new acquisitions and develop relationships with decision-makers in vertical market software businesses
- Maintain and nurture existing acquisition opportunities within the network
- Act as the senior account manager for M&A relationships within your designated area
- Communicate Harris’ investment strategy while ensuring professionalism in the investment process
- Track activities and maintain relevant information using Salesforce

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Fluency in both English and French
- Minimum of 5 years of related business experience, such as sales, corporate development, consulting, banking, investing, or M&A sourcing
- Strong aptitude and passion for corporate development and relationship management
- Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter with excellent prioritization and multi-tasking abilities
