Role: Business Analyst

Location: Glasgow

Work Mode: Hybrid (twice a week from office)

Mandatory Skills: Business analyst profile with experience in Real estate lending, mortgages, quantitative and statistical analysis, data management, SQL, monitoring and valuation, working with in-house project managers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough analysis of current business processes, identifying areas for improvement and recommending solutions to enhance efficiency and profitability.
• Collaborate with project teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, ensuring timely and efficient completion of project tasks.
• Gather and document business requirements, translating them into functional specifications for developers and stakeholders.
• Conduct gap analysis to identify misalignments between current processes and business goals.
• Analyze data to identify trends and insights, presenting findings clearly to stakeholders.
• Assist in user acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet requirements and quality standards.
• Provide post-implementation support and training for end-users.
• Stay updated on industry trends and recommend process improvements.
