Job Description:

Our client is a well-known high street bank seeking an Infrastructure Business Analyst to support various technical projects.

Infrastructure Business Analyst

Duration: 3 months initial contract (scope for renewal)

Location: Remote with occasional travel to London (1-2 days per month)

Skills and Experience Required:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst on Infrastructure change projects
• Experience with migrations from legacy platforms to Cloud, systems replacements, etc.
• Application migration experience; knowledge of RHEL and Windows OS is a plus
• Core Business Analysis skills: requirements gathering, gap analysis, stakeholder management
• Banking industry experience is mandatory

Projects include:

• OS Remediation: Replacing applications nearing end of life
• FLM (Fibre Link Module): Addressing unstable VMware clusters, mapping business and technical processes, collaborating with IT and application owners
• Comvault: Ensuring cloud backups, understanding application functions and data storage needs
• Stratos: Updating Tibco-related applications, especially those at end of life affecting online applications
