Job Description:

We are seeking a Business Analyst with experience in Professional Service Automation (PSA) for a contract role with a leading client. The ideal candidate should have expertise in agile methodologies, Scrum, Kanban, Epics, daily Scrums, BPMN, and Swim Lanes. Responsibilities include requirement gathering, creating user stories, use case studies, and business cases.

Essential Skills:

• Experience with PSA tools such as Kantata and Napta
• Proven experience in capturing business requirements and shaping work packages
• Strong understanding of Agile practices
• Knowledge of BPMN, UML, GAP, SWOT analysis
• Practical expertise in business analysis techniques and tools
• Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, including differences, tools, responsibilities, and deliverables
• Support for programme and project implementation, including business change, transition, and UAT cycles
