We have a brand new opportunity for a Data and Business Analyst who will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our global reporting system and providing systems support across 7 platforms. Your work will directly improve processes, surface opportunities, and empower decision-making at a global scale.

What you will do:

  • As the Lead ICM Data and Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analytics and platform support across 100+ countries. You’ll collaborate across time zones and cultures—from LATAM to Asia Pacific—helping to keep our systems running smoothly and our insights flowing.
  • Collaborate with IT to build, test, and deploy necessary reporting infrastructure.
  • Support and maintain a range of reports and dashboards using various BI tools and databases.
  • Monitor data quality and identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for automation.
  • Actively participate in system implementation or release activities.
  • Partner with the Shared Service Teams to support platform upgrades, enhancements, and ensure ticket Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are being met; identify process improvements where possible.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on the use of systems and reporting tools.

What you will need:

  • Degree in a relevant field.
  • At least 4 years of experience as an analyst or in a similar role.
  • Strong data modeling and technical expertise, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience in IT solutions.
