Stannah's Dedicated Homelifts Business has an exciting opportunity for a Quality Lead to join the Customer Success Department, based at our Andover site.

This job will involve leading the end-to-end management of customer-facing product quality issuesensuring every case is logged, tracked, and resolved through our ERP system. You'll drive continuous improvement across manufacturing and supply chain to enhance customer experience, ensure safety, and reduce the cost of quality.

As the Quality Lead, you will work full-time. This is a permanent role.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced quality professional who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and is passionate about making an impact through process improvement and leadership.

To be successful as the Quality Lead, it is essential that you have previous experience in managing customer or supplier quality issues within a manufacturing environment. Experience with ISO 9001 standards, ERP/QMS tools, and Lean or Six Sigma methodologies would be highly desirable.

Quality Lead Responsibilities:

Own and continually improve the Quality Management Process and lead the Quality Board.

Drive root-cause investigations and implement corrective and preventative actions.

Co-ordinate remedial actions in partnership with Customer Success and other departments.

Present quality performance and trends to senior leadership, supporting data-driven decisions.

Quality Lead Requirements:

5+ years’ experience in quality management within manufacturing, with strong ISO 9001 knowledge.

Proficient in ERP/QMS systems (e.g. Odoo) and advanced Excel or BI tools.

Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues.
