Your Purpose:

• Own and direct technical design teams following relevant standards and ensuring high quality.
• Define briefs, scopes of work, and contribute to bid proposals.
• Manage time and budgets to meet project milestones.
• Collaborate with UK and overseas teams to deliver integrated design solutions.
• Set quality assurance standards in design.
• Grow and develop mechanical engineering capabilities within the practice.

Experience/Qualifications:

• Chartered or Fellow Mechanical Engineer.
• Relevant engineering degree or equivalent.
• Extensive experience in Mechanical Engineering within the Water Sector.
• Experience in design delivery, including multidisciplinary projects.
• Knowledge of mechanical equipment such as pumps, blowers, screens, and chemical dosing plants, along with understanding UK design standards.
