A leading Infrastructure Consulting firm is growing their Advisory capability in the North and looking for an Associate Director to join and help lead their Asset Management practice.
The business has won multiple awards for best in class across a range of industries and services and is recognised as a global leader in their field. They offer a suite of services to clients across the built environment, from advisory to construction and engineering, digital, sustainability, and project & programme management. The firm also provides candidates the opportunity to work on some of the most complex and forward-thinking projects in the market, which really make a difference to communities and business.
The candidates coming in will sit in their Asset Management team based across the North West and Yorkshire. The team applies in-depth asset management knowledge and skills to support strategy and delivery across a range of client projects, focusing principally on Transport, Rail, Water, Highways, Utilities, and Energy.

With time in office, client site, and home. The team is based in the various offices including Leeds, Liverpool, and Manchester so will consider candidates in any of these locations and potentially others in the North.
Salary is also negotiable, based on experience and performance through the process but will likely be somewhere between £85,000 and £120,000 + package.
