• Own and lead teams performing technical design work adhering to relevant standards and quality levels.
• Define project briefs, scopes of work, and contribute to bid proposals.
• Manage time and budgets to meet project milestones and schedules.
• Collaborate with UK and overseas teams to deliver integrated design solutions.
• Establish quality assurance standards in design.
• Develop and manage electrical engineering capabilities within the practice.

Experience and Qualifications:

• Chartered Electrical Engineer.
• Electrical Engineering Degree preferred.
• Experience in the Water Sector.
• Proven track record in design delivery, including multidisciplinary projects.
• Deep knowledge of electrical design (LV and HV systems), motor control centres, switchgear, electrical installations in industrial environments, HAZOP, DSEAR/ATEX practices, SLD/BCD production, earthing, bonding, and UK design standards.
