Robert Half are partnering with a leading manufacturing business in Studley, Warwickshire to recruit a Finance Manager. This is a key role supporting site performance, with a focus on accurate costing, insightful analysis, and operational collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain standard costing processes
Support new product costing and cost rollovers
Analyse product cost variances and drive improvements
Partner with operations to identify cost-saving opportunities
Contribute to month-end close, reporting, and forecasting
Deliver financial insights to support strategic decisions
Your Profile:
Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
Strong background in manufacturing/industrial finance
Excellent standard costing and analysis experience
Proactive, hands-on, and confident working cross-functionally
Strong Excel skills and effective communicator
