Job Title: Sous Chef | Full Time

The Role

As a Sous Chef, you will be a leader dedicated to creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You should be an expert in food quality and standards, with strong knowledge to lead, engage, and inspire your team.

• You are passionate about supporting and developing your team, maintaining high standards through training.
• You have experience managing kitchen operations, planning shifts, and coaching staff.
• You understand food safety, health standards, and financial aspects such as gross profit, stock control, and labor costs.
• You enjoy celebrating team successes and recognizing individual needs.
