About The Role

Our Sales Managers are the ambassadors of our business, and we are on the hunt for driven individuals who can inspire a team of sales consultants to influence prospects and improve their lifestyles.

This role focuses on hitting targets, leveraging relationship-building skills to grow a pipeline of prospects, increase sales revenue, and boost new member numbers. You will have the platform to create your own success story through David Lloyd’s challenger method of selling.

Role

What does the role entail for a Sales Manager:

  • You will spend most of your time exploring opportunities, guiding your team, and practicing sales excellence. You will be accountable for delivering coaching sessions, 1:1s, and training.
  • You will be responsible for the sales team's compliance and inspections.
  • You will deliver sales and meet personal KPIs, as well as team targets.
  • You will foster interdepartmental relationships, including attending Head of Department meetings and collaborating with your wider club team.
  • As a sales manager, you are accountable for achieving set sales targets each month. Leading from the front and actively selling memberships is vital to your success.
  • You will identify opportunities in the local community to drive new inquiries and seek opportunities to collaborate with charities, schools, and local businesses.
