Base Pay Range

My client, an enterprise software company, is looking for a well-versed SDR to join their team as they scale. In this role, you'll be responsible for driving growth and generating pipeline across various markets.

Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and qualify leads across multiple markets through email, LinkedIn, and outbound calls.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and introduce solutions.
  • Arrange meetings and demos for Account Executives to convert leads.
  • Work with marketing to refine lead generation strategies and messaging.
  • Maintain records in the CRM to track progress against KPIs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, insights, and competitor offerings.
Skills & Experience:
  • Proven experience as an SDR, ideally in SaaS, Technology, or Cloud services.
  • Experience in outbound sales and cold outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn).
  • Familiarity with Cloud services such as Azure, GCP, or AWS is a plus.
  • Ability to work across multiple time zones (UK, EU, US) as needed.
  • Growth mindset—always seeking success, development, and growth.

This role is fully remote, with a base salary of £30k - £40k plus commission.
