Job Description:

Role Overview:

Provide support to the Chief Property Officer in their day-to-day role, ensuring that all travel and meeting arrangements are in place, attending meetings, and supporting with actions. Assist with communication to the wider Property Leadership team and JD Group.

Responsibilities:

  • Meet with the Chief Property Officer to understand priorities and support in compiling information for meetings, following up with departments.
  • Maintain the Chief Property Officer's diary by scheduling meetings, conference calls, and arranging travel and hospitality.
  • Stay updated on Property activities and calendar events.
  • Track and ensure expenses are submitted.
  • Support the Chief Property Officer in maintaining relationships and attending meetings.
  • Greet guests and customers, answer inquiries, and direct calls.
  • Maintain confidentiality of information.
  • Attend meetings, take minutes, distribute actions, and follow up.
  • Back up electronic files to secure information.
  • Assist and support the wider EA/PA team as needed.
  • Contribute to team efforts and perform other duties as required.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Effective written and spoken communication skills, with strong research and organizational abilities.
  • High level of confidentiality.
  • Experience in managing daily activities and administrative functions in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in PowerPoint, spreadsheets, and business management software.
  • Ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player, willing to take responsibility and follow directions.
  • Capable of making logistical arrangements independently.
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with senior management using tact and discretion.
