You will be part of a leading Housing and Regeneration development team in the UK, with extensive experience in handling intricate real estate projects for Registered Providers and housebuilders.

The team is a leader in this practice, working on an exciting and diverse caseload including; freehold and leasehold acquisitions, options, development agreements, disposals, lease management instructions, asset management, and securitisation.

Requirements:

• You will be a Development Solicitor with 3+ years of PQE.
• Proficient and confident in handling a range of residential development matters.
