ArtsHub Australia Pty is seeking an organised Executive Assistant to the Artistic Director, providing critical support to the Artistic Director and Executive Director in a fast-paced, creative environment. The role includes handling sensitive information with discretion and ensuring smooth operation of the Executive Office.

Based in the office 5 days a week, the position requires 35 hours per week, with occasional evenings or weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-level personal and administrative support to the Artistic Director and Executive Director with discretion and confidentiality.
• Liaise with the Board of Trustees and support the Artistic Director in key artistic projects.
