Join Our Team as Head of Operations!

We are seeking an accomplished and strategic leader to oversee regional operations and drive service excellence within our organisation. This pivotal role requires a focus on delivering contractual commitments, ensuring statutory compliance, and fostering continuous improvement across all service areas.

As Head of Operations, you will be responsible for ensuring all contractual elements are consistently met, aligning with both client expectations and Mitie's commercial objectives. You will oversee statutory compliance, maintaining clear documentation and evidence of adherence at all times. Leading, motivating, and managing your team, you will cultivate a culture of safety, quality, and environmental responsibility. Building strong relationships with stakeholders and delivery partners will be essential to optimise service delivery and collaboration. You will oversee financial performance, manage escalations, monitor reactive and preventative maintenance routines, and coordinate scheduling and resource planning to maximise operational efficiency. Additionally, you will ensure health and safety standards are upheld, manage personnel performance, and promote a culture of continuous improvement through regular reviews and quality initiatives.
