Pitch is proud to be partnered with a brilliant creative design agency based in Birmingham city centre to help them recruit a talented Marketing & Sales Manager.

This agency works with high-profile international brands across various industries, delivering highly creative and thoughtful work in print and digital media. Their services include brand design and marketing communications. They pride themselves on producing quality work that elevates brands within their target markets. Based in a vibrant creative space in Birmingham, they offer a flexible work arrangement with 2-3 days onsite per week. The role can be full-time or part-time, ranging from 3 to 5 days per week.

Due to growth and ongoing business development, the agency seeks a highly talented B2B, lead generation-focused Marketing & Sales Manager to join their expanding team.

What will you be doing as their new Marketing & Sales Manager?
  • Developing and implementing impactful marketing strategies focused on outbound marketing and generating inbound leads to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Executing creative marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, events, paid media, PR, and thought leadership.
  • Working with warm marketing leads, creating tailored messages, and nurturing campaigns to engage target clients.
  • Engaging with potential clients by following up on marketing interactions and initiating conversations.
  • Analyzing campaign results and effectiveness to optimize future marketing efforts.
We’re looking for a candidate who:
  • Has proven experience in a lead generation or business development-focused B2B marketing role, aimed at improving brand engagement, inbound leads, and revenue generation.
  • Enjoys being hands-on in delivering sales and marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
