About the role
You will support the Customer Service Supervisor to ensure that our customers' needs are exceeded at all times. Your duties may include dealing with customers at reception, settling invoices at pay points, providing efficient service at checkouts, or working with other store departments. No two days will be the same, but you will experience a great sense of fulfillment and be at the heart of our customer experience.
You will be responsible for
Supporting the Customer Service Supervisor in their duties, including ensuring that all customer account due diligence is accurate and up-to-date, requiring an eye for detail.
Creating an environment that delivers fast and efficient service, demonstrating passion for customer satisfaction.
Taking ownership of the customer service operation in the absence of the Supervisor.
