Job Description:

We are seeking a temporary Studio Front of House Coordinator to join our Photo Studio team in Enderby, Leicestershire. This role is a maternity cover / fixed-term contract for 6 months, working 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 8 am to 12 pm. The ideal candidate will have experience in a studio, hospitality, or similar Front of House/Reception role, and be energetic, open-minded, and eager to develop a career in a creative environment.

Responsibilities:
  1. Manage studio reception, greeting clients and visitors professionally.
  2. Assist in coordinating studio and location shoots, maintaining the studio environment, and ensuring health and safety standards.
  3. Handle customer service, freelance introductions, food, and transport bookings.
  4. Order props, equipment, and studio-related supplies.
  5. Reconcile credit card transactions and invoicing.
  6. Manage studio access cards and liaise with security.
  7. Maintain excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects and changing priorities.
  8. Work well under pressure with a flexible attitude.
  9. Use Google Suite (Docs, Sheets) proficiently on Mac OS.
  10. Communicate effectively with peers, management, clients, and suppliers.
  11. Possess a full UK driving license.
