Workplace Coordinator - JLL

Job Summary: Provide facilities management services, monitor the facility, and create a top-tier workplace experience. Collaborate with facility managers to handle routine operations, procurement, work orders via CMMS, purchase orders, bid requests, contracts, asset tracking/disposal, and accounts processing. Support site events and workplace programming to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.

Area of Responsibility:

  1. Administrative Functions: Assist with tactical planning, manage small facility tasks, coordinate events, support meetings, schedule maintenance, and handle communication with clients, visitors, vendors, and staff. Assist with budget analysis and reporting.
  2. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Hold an associate's degree or equivalent experience, with 2+ years in facility or property administration. Demonstrate excellent customer service, professionalism, multitasking, and organizational skills. Experience with CMMS systems like Corrigo, proficiency in MS Office and Google Suites, and strong communication skills are required.
