We are recruiting a Client Services Assistant to join our London team on a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract.
The aim of this department is to provide ‘best in class’ hospitality & document services to legal practices, covering Hospitality Services (Catering, Front of House, Housekeeping, AV, Health & Wellbeing Centre) and Document Services (the Bridge, Reprographics, Records, Central Scanning, E-Bibles, Mailroom & Office Assistants). This role manages operational client services including Front of House and Reservation functions at Bishops Square, covering the Conference Suite, Training Suite, Reception desks, Reservations London, Business Support Centre, and visitor management for Sub-tenant teams.
A&O Shearman's Front of House (FOH) team aims to consistently deliver excellent client care and service across all FOH areas, including the 1st Floor Conference Suite, Ground Floor, Gallery & Auditorium, Business Support Centres, and Client Dining rooms.
Working shifts are from 7:30 am to 8:00 pm on a weekly rotation.
