Job Opportunity: Field Biologist / Technical Consultant

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Field Biologist / Technical Consultant to join a well-established testing and certification company. This is a remote, field-based role offering excellent benefits and a salary up to GBP38,000, plus a GBP5,040 car allowance, for a 37.5-hour workweek.

As a Field Biologist / Technical Consultant, you will conduct inspections and audits across diverse facilities, produce detailed reports, and support service excellence. The role requires travel within London and the Home Counties.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate photographic reports for clients.
• Oversee and mentor new or junior employees.
• Ensure the timely delivery of reports in accordance with company guidelines.
• Manage and schedule assignments across multiple locations.
• Promote the organisation's range of services to support business growth.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Previous experience as a Field Biologist, Pest Technical Manager, Pest Inspector, Pest Control Specialist, or similar role.
• Hands-on pest control experience across various facility types.
• RSPH Level 2 Award or Certificate in Pest Management.
• BPCA Advanced Pest Technician & Certified Field Biologist.
• Knowledge of pest biology, behavior, and control methods, including rodents, birds, insects, and others.
• Familiarity with pesticide storage, transport, application equipment, and protective gear.
