Job Title: Senior Recruitment Consultant Driving

Location: Redditch

Salary: Up to £35k + uncapped commission

Hours: 8.00am-4.30pm or 8.30am-5pm Monday to Friday

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to add to our team, specialising in Driving recruitment. This role involves selling top driving candidates to clients, managing the entire recruitment process from business development to candidate placement, and building strong relationships with clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Candidate Sales & Placement: Proactively market high-quality driving professionals to businesses, leveraging your sector knowledge and network.
  2. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Driving sector to expand our client base.
  3. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong partnerships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
  4. Talent Sourcing & Attraction: Use various sourcing techniques to identify, engage, and assess top driving talent.
  5. Negotiation & Closing: Manage offers, salary negotiations, and placement processes to ensure successful outcomes for clients and candidates.
  6. Market Insights & Advisory: Stay updated on industry trends and provide market intelligence and hiring strategy advice to clients.

  • A track record of successful business development and client relationship building.
