Oxford Summer Courses was established in 2010 by a network of Oxford alumni and educators to share the magic of an Oxford education with the wider world. The company runs a summer school in Oxford, Cambridge, and Eton that has welcomed over 11,000 students from 100+ countries. Alongside academic courses, the company also runs a charity providing free access courses to students from disadvantaged backgrounds in the UK.

Role Description

This is a temporary on-site role as a Deputy Centre Manager located in Oxford. The Deputy Centre Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing staff, coordinating activities, and ensuring the smooth running of the center. This role will involve working closely with the Centre Manager to support the overall management and administration of the center during the summer program.

Qualifications

  • Experience in managing staff and coordinating activities
  • Strong organisational and leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
  • Experience working in an educational or summer school setting is a plus
